Since 1981 founder and manager of Summit Piano Services, Karl Salzer has been working with pianos in concert venues, schools, restaurants, bars and for private clients. He graduated from the North Bennet Street School in Boston where he trained under Bill Garlick and David Betts for two years.
Working in New York as a piano technician, servicing pianos for 32 years, Karl has a wide range of experience servicing pianos for the Union College Concert Series, piano tuner for C & C Productions, and the Coliseum Theatre in Latham, New York. Karl also serviced, tuned and maintained pianos for several piano dealers in the Capital district of New York.
Karl has serviced many venues in Summit County including the well-known Egyptian Theatre, many local churches, and in client's homes.
After servicing multiple venues throughout the capital region of New York he relocated to Park City Utah in 2015.
